Changes to This Agreement

Beacon Innerprise LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Cancellation

Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment , we respectfully request you cancel no less than 3 hour notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 3 hour notice, will incur a fee of $10.

Cancellation of an event must be giving to Beacon Innerprise no later than 2 weeks before date of event.

Beacon Innerprise LLC do understand circumstances may occur without notice. There are exceptional circumstances that may be granted a fee waiver.

Cancellations made 2 weeks or more in advance of the Service/Event date will receive a 100% refund excluding any labor lost Beacon Innerprise had to occur during the event planning time frame. . Cancellations made within 1 week of the event date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after a week will not receive a refund of any funds already giving to Beacon Innerprise LLC

Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the Your Nowhere Town site immediately.
